Swedish or Aromatherapy Massage???

My H is treating me to a massage on my neck/back/shoulders as they are really tense and I'm in pain with them.

Which would be the better massage - Swedish or Aromatherapy?

I'm 19 weeks pregnant so not sure if that would effect anything.

Im not sure if it affects which one myself either, but they usually just adapt it to your needs (i.e putting you on your side)

Swedish is the massage technique they use so even if you go for the aromatherapy (essential oils) they will still be using the swedish technique. Make sure you tell them your pregnant because there are some oils you are not meant to use.

aromatherapy massage is a slower, deeper and more relaxing type.
Just tell them you are pregnant and they will choose suitable oils
