Hi, I am just after a bit of advice here really...
Last night I made roasted sweet potato for dinner but I had chopped the ends off the potato. I got the roaster out of the over today to clean and noticed all the juice from the sweet potato...
Of course I had to taste it!
And omg it is caramel! It is delicious!
Now I am assuming cooking sweet potatoes just for the "juice" doesn't count as free on a green day, but if want to make some more and put it in yogurts etc...
Any thoughts?
