sweet black coffees mm i love them lately , and to get them sweet i've been adding 4 to 5 sweetner tablets 0 cals per tablet sweetner thingymijigs

but is this to many?
anyone had any probs with sweetners and weight loss ? xxx

Is is an all natural sweetener like stevia or a manufatured one. I just worry about the "C" work with artificial sweetners.

Oh my god 6 i am now down to one in my tea coz 2 was just so sweet i wish i cud have half. i had a major sweet tooth before lt 4 sugars in my tea and about a million on cereal. Hope not liking sugar sticks wen im on refeed haha!

Golly such sweet girls!!!! Hope you will stick with sweeteners post lipotrim and not go back on the sugar!!!! I don't take sugar at all. My demon is savoury stuff!

I dont take sugar at all, just i find tea and coffee far to strong without the sweetners
am more of a savoury person than a sweet person to!
