No, sorry. Only fruit & veg that are free on ALL plans are Superfree. Sweetcorn isnt a vegetable in the SW sense, its a pulse and wouldnt be free on Red so isnt Superfree.

I think they did too, I was just pleasantly surprised to be told baby corn was super free as I'd assumed it was the same as Sweetcorn so thought I'd share x

I did mean the one in the tin , thanks. That sucks , one of the only veg I like . Is it ok to use sy ns for butter to add to veg to eat as my 1/3

Of course it is! Just make sure you measure it out and syn it accurately
