Syn calculator help please.

I have a ready meal here from the Asda Great Stuff range. I have put it through the syn calculator on SW online but I'm not sure if I have done it properly. It came out as 5 syns which is quite good.

When asked for free food allowance should I click on cheese or pasta as it contains both? I always get really confused with the calculator and I can't do a syn check as for some reason that section of the SW site doesn't work properly from my phone.

Cheese isn't free food so it would be pasta.
