Syn free chips ?

Can i have these as a HEB on a red day? Made with the same weight allowed for a jacket spud... leave skin on, spray with frylight and bake? I am having home made burger and a brown roll (HEB) for dinner tommorrow, i so excited lol

you could always do extra easy then have lots of both

I don't get extra easy... I just read the book, and i just don't get it?

So if i have my 2 quorn sausages, tomatoe and mushroom omelette for breaky.... tuna with salad for lunch.. and then my home made burgers, and home made chips.... what about my HEB ?

And is that lot allowed on an extra easy day?

you could still use your roll for your burger as your healthy extra b and yes all what you have is extra easy dont forget your heathy extra a as well
