Or would it be better to have a green day so i can have more chips? And use mince as a HEB plus syn if needed?

I don't get extra easy... I just read the book, and i just don't get it?

So if i have my 2 quorn sausages, tomatoe and mushroom omelette for breaky.... tuna with salad for lunch.. and then my home made burgers, and home made chips.... what about my HEB ?

And is that lot allowed on an extra easy day?

Omg i just don't get it.. lol

you could still use your roll for your burger as your healthy extra b and yes all what you have is extra easy dont forget your heathy extra a as well

you may be better of reading the sticky up above by squiddie for new members it might make it easier to understand
