I think they would taste better with fresh herbs but no harm in trying dried.

I have made the mixture up and it's in the fridge waiting to be cooked tomorrow - smells delicious!

Oooh lovely! If you dont eat it all, reheat for minute in the microwave not the oven as it gets really dry when reheated in the oven.
