Syn Free Houmnus recipe anyone???

I have looked at the recipe section & did attempt the red pepper one, however it turned out horrible

Does anyone have a nice easy recipe they would care to share? Pref syn free too.

I just do a plain one
Tin of chick peas drained
2 cloves garlic
Couple of teaspoons of fat free fromage frais
Salt and pepper to taste
Blitz in processor !!

I make a free jalapeno one that everyone likes:

Erm's jalapeno hummus

Just adjust the spices/jalapenos etc to taste. or if you don;t want it spicy at all you can eliminate them - but I find plain hummus needs a bit of tahini to give it taste. Tahini is 2 dessertspoons for a HEX, or 3 syns per dsp and make plain hummus fab.
