How about doing carbonara? cook your pasta and fry light some ham/bacon and garlic in a pan.
Whisk together 58g quark and 2 eggs with a load of black pepper.
Toss the pasta into the bacon and garlic (in the pan) and stir through the sauce. Be careful not to heat too much or the egg will scramble.
Serve with a sprinkle of grated parmasan if you like it and some freshly chopped parsely.
