syn free pasta sauces.Any Ideas?

hi folks, does anyone have any syn free pasta sauce recipes? Something other than tomato based would be great,as i find them easy, looking for something different.

How about doing carbonara? cook your pasta and fry light some ham/bacon and garlic in a pan.
Whisk together 58g quark and 2 eggs with a load of black pepper.
Toss the pasta into the bacon and garlic (in the pan) and stir through the sauce. Be careful not to heat too much or the egg will scramble.
Serve with a sprinkle of grated parmasan if you like it and some freshly chopped parsely.
Syn free on EE and yummy!
