syn free sauces?

hi can anyone help wit a sauce 2 go with my tea im doin chicken fillets with lean bacon wrapped round them wit new potatoes and carrots i was goin 2 use a syn free mug shot as a sauce but havnt got 2 the shops thanks x

i was thinkin of this but i would hav 2 syn it as i do EE so only get 1 hex a and i use milk as that everyday lol (need my coffee)

How about some passata or quark with some mixed herbs? Both are free.

How about just a basic tomato sauce? Put some passata in a saucepan, add some salt, pepper, shot glass full of water some basil to taste, simmer it for as long as you have time for a really thick delicious sauce!
Goes very nicely with chicken! x

lol, just pop them through a seive, gets out all the lumpy bits and makes it taste more like a sauce than just cooked tomatoes! theyre my lifesaver - i miss my sauces!!!! x

yer i miss sauces and dips 2 cant actually belive how bad some jared sauces are lol, thanks thou ill do that x
