syn values of egg omelet and curry sauce??

Hi just had 1/2 a chinese made my own chips and noodles but had half plain omelet and 2 tbs of curry sauce, how many syn's should i put them as?? thanks :hmm:

The plain omlette will be free but don't know about the curry sauce. It depends on what is in it - I always make my own so that I don't add any oil and use different spices so that it's free. Shop bought ones are probably synned.

I suspect the omelette would be fried in oil so you should allow some syns for that as well.
