its a mixture for me! If i know i have something going on at the weekend I will try to have only maybe a couple each day, and then use say 40 at the weekend?
If i know I have nothing planned like a meal out or drinks etc, then I will have a couple a day. some days none, some days ten! all just depends really. Today so far I have used none, and am likely not to have any - whereas yesterday I had 2.5 on a hot choc and tomorrow i'll proba have 10 as its a friday night and I do like a glass of wine or pudding with dinner as its an end of week relax and treat

On the whole - be it spread out across the week or used in one hit I tend to have between 50 - 70 per week. If I use the full 105 (15 per day) then i am guaranteed to STS.
