Syns Help Please, Confused!!

I have seen those layered salads in M&S and I always steer clear of them as the calories and sat fat are high. I tend to go for the more plain salads...

I have followed WW before, so tend to still look at calories and sat fat but that doesn't work for this.

I just wish they covered everything on their website or you could have a little calculator that you put in your bag to work out syns...

I have an iphone but it would take me forever choosing my lunch standing in the shops doing this.

I think SW is more about making your own foods, so I guess I will have to try that at the w.e.
