Syns in Cola Light at IKEA

I only just realised that it may not be diet cola and that light implies that it may still have syns.

Please can someone put my mind to rest as I drank loads of this today - damn free refills!!!

Light and diet are essentially the same thing when it comes to Cola. So i would work on the premise that it's free. They wouldn't market it as light if it contained sugar (Syns), well at least i hope they wouldn't!

in Europe they called diey coke, coke light sp i think you are safe!
