Syns in Itsu Prawn rice

Could anyone guesstimate how many syns would the dish in the below link be?

Itsu - Health and Happiness - Our Food - Prawn rice bowl - medium

This would be for a EE plan so the prawns, veg and rice would be syn free.

you're not going to like it, I've just worked it out on the syn calculator and it's 20.5 syns on all choices.

So unfair, I would've chosen that:cry:

Thats because it takes in to account the calories right? 417/20 is 20.7.. but theres brown rice in there which is free on EE, prawns which are free on EE..

I dont know.. im confused...

I've worked it on the syn calculator and got:

11 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
11 Syns per package/portion on Green
16 Syns per package/portion on Original
