Hi everyone,

I try and do mostly red days and was just wondering, if i had bran flakes in the morning for breakfast but wanted a larger portion that the healthy option allows can I use my syns for the extra.
I would rather have nearly double what the healthy option allows but i dont want to affect any losses.
