t2g's next step on weight loss journey...

Going to do a down day from 6 am till 8 am tomorrow morning. Done one from 1am Sunday to 1am Monday. Although did break that as I took a nasty bug b felt very poorly at work but it has passed. So altered how my down days work! I'm 195 just not after two nights on and really random up and downs lol but I suppose I'm still having fasts. Sunday was either I high down lol or a low intermediate day with a 20hour fast. Hopefully still have my wi tomorrow!

I know that is confusing lol but I think it works!

Best laid plans. Woke up starving! Just had some of husbands lemon cake he made! Yummy
 
Well I ended up with 4 up days, little fasting although did manage a (20 hour fast). Had the runs (sorry) n felt poorly, tummy is in knots today! Doing a down day. My weight was 195 this morning so same as last week, meant to officially weigh after a dd so will do that tomorrow. Looking like another week of just two downs :-/ today Thursday n then I have my race on Sunday. So gonna start next week downs as Monday Wednesday Friday n get into that pattern!

I have been fasting now since about 9 last night :) go me
 
Dunno if u can read my chart but it is very depressing :-( oh well

Successful down day at 350 calories :) so pleased x

Mine is depressing too! It all went downhill from my birthday in august... At least we are back on the wagon x

14.3 double :-( didn't know that till now. been weighing in lbs. I got down to 13.5 too...
 
Yes,x I'm going tovhave controlled up days and not eat just cos I can! X
