Hi this is day one of week one so any advice of where Im going right or wrong would be great 
Breakfast
28g porridge + 1 scan bran(HB)
350ml skim milk (HA)
Pear
Cinamon
Lunch
Pasta
Chicken
Salad - cucumber, tomato, peppers, spring onion, radish, fresh peas
Honey and mustard light dressing 2 tbsp - 2 syns
Tea
Mixed bean chilli
Brown rice
Veg - broccolli, cauli, green beans
Strawberries
Meringue nest - 3syns
WW dessert yogurt
Its been a bit of a struggle as I dont shop until tomorrow lol
