Hello all!
After a wobbly few weeks with numerous 're-starts' and 'cheating' on Slim and Save, I have decided to give it my undivided attention!
Inspired by many (cough BB, Rebeckah, Scousemouse, Lucynewmum et al) I am back and ready to roll! Well, less rolling more beeend and stretch. Here's hoping!
I have had a full 10 days off the diet! Although to be fair I wasn't doing it 100% (not enough water, not weighing protein etc)
Bu having thought this through last week, I'm really going to give it my all. And hoping this time I will get to goal!
I'm hoping the damage is not too awful, but through my dieting life I usually vary between 16:5-17 stone.
My interim goal is 12 stone, which I hope to reach early next year.
For now, I shall be aiming for baby steps:
1. Get through Day 1
2. Get through week 1
3. Loose 1 stone
My plan is as follows:
1. Stick to S&S 100% alternating between 4 packs & 3 & protein.
2. Drink at LEAST 2.5L of water per day
3. Do at least 30 mins of exercise per day
I have three planned breaks: (thanks BB
)
- cruise - in less than 3 weeks time!
- Christmas day
- My birthday in Jan
Hope I don't seem too optimistic! Lol! Looking forward to 100%!! Day 1 begins when I wake up! xx
