Hello all!

After a wobbly few weeks with numerous 're-starts' and 'cheating' on Slim and Save, I have decided to give it my undivided attention!

Inspired by many (cough BB, Rebeckah, Scousemouse, Lucynewmum et al) I am back and ready to roll! Well, less rolling more beeend and stretch. Here's hoping!

I have had a full 10 days off the diet! Although to be fair I wasn't doing it 100% (not enough water, not weighing protein etc)
Bu having thought this through last week, I'm really going to give it my all. And hoping this time I will get to goal!

I'm hoping the damage is not too awful, but through my dieting life I usually vary between 16:5-17 stone.

My interim goal is 12 stone, which I hope to reach early next year.

For now, I shall be aiming for baby steps:

1. Get through Day 1
2. Get through week 1
3. Loose 1 stone

My plan is as follows:

1. Stick to S&S 100% alternating between 4 packs & 3 & protein.
2. Drink at LEAST 2.5L of water per day
3. Do at least 30 mins of exercise per day


I have three planned breaks: (thanks BB :p)
- cruise - in less than 3 weeks time!
- Christmas day
- My birthday in Jan

Hope I don't seem too optimistic! Lol! Looking forward to 100%!! Day 1 begins when I wake up! xx
 
Sounds like a plan hun. Fresh diary and a fresh start :)

Only thing I would say is get enough water, 3 minimum

Day 1!! 16:11. My GOD!! So high! And you can tell from my tops.. All on my stomach yuk!

I went out and got a 750ml water bottle (how many of these should I be aiming for??) and some ketostix!!!! So shall be checking at the weekend.

1: strawberry shake
2. Chocolate shake
3. Macaroni pasta w/. 200g cauliflower
4. Choc truffa bar

About 9 cups of tea! Ha ha!

Exercise: 45 min walk.


Still can't believe I'm 16:11. How depressing. :-( I was 16:08 when I first started this diet :cry:

Day 2 and torn is here >.< not so awesome but persevere I shall!


1. Chocolate shake

3. Banana shake (ew! But need to use up!)
4. Hot chocolate shake.

Water count so far: 3 x 750ml
Packs 1/4
Exercise: Zumba x 1 hour.
 
Hurrah! Well done for jumping back on that wagon. This is my first day so I'm here with you metaphorically holding your hand! Don't worry about the start weight - that won't be there again xxx

How are you doing beaut?

I'm chomping a bar with a cup of tea instead of second choc shake.

Was wondering... You know how you can have 3 eggs in place of a third shake. Could you have two shakes and 4 eggs.. Etc. or say 1 x chicken, 3 x eggs and 2 shakes?! x
 
Yeah not too bad, mega busy with studying, shattered!! Otherwise fine :)

its 2 eggs in place of 1 pack - You need 3 packs & Protein serving (or 4 packs)

But say if you were exercising you could have extra protein - or I would add extra during tom etc.

Day 3!!!

Still hungry so don't think I'm in ketosis yet... Chugging lots of water and so far only cups of tea and a chocolate shake down.

I haven't done any exercise (yet) today but have done lots and lots of cleaning! So hopefully that counts as body magic.

I have taken the kids to the park and now just watchin a wee bit of lost.

Don't know what I'm going to do with myself before my job starts! Feels like I have so much time on my hands!!

Holiday soon - just keep looking forward to that.

In other news - I'm wearing a denim skirt today, for the first time in my life!!!

Going to have a strawberry shake, vanilla shake & chicken salad later on.

Went out for a picnic today, took two boiled eggs and a bar.

Had 4 x 750ml of water, a can of coke zero and lots of fun!!!

Also some cabbage and cups of tea when I got back.

Think I may be in ketosis as I have an awful metal taste in my mouth :s haven't had this one before but maybe different because of totm?! Who knows!

Day 5?!

Today I have had a strawberry shake, a chocolate shake and some tuna.

Going to have a lemon bar or another strawberry shake tonight.

Definitely in ketosis now! Well I'm lead to believe I am thanks to the sticks and lack of hunger.

Woooooo!! So just need to make sure I DRINK MORE water! Geeeez!

Exercise: 1 hour swim. Can't wait to get weighed! xx

P.s two weeks today 'till the cruise
