Take off tomorrow!

so after trying a few samples, I made a large order this week and am pleased to say it has arrived.

Starting out on the plan tomorrow, will be doing 3 packs plus a meal .

Quick question to you all, are the wafer bars counted the same as a bar, ie as one meal replacement? tried one of these last night was sooo yummy and a very indulgent treat.
