I just really want to advise anybody thinking of,or doing lipotrim to make a note of their measurements.
I found this invaluable on my last lipotrim stint.it's motivational to see the inches disappearing as well as the pounds.
If you feel you haven't had a good loss one week, you will be spurred to carry on if you have still lost the inches.

I measured myself and managed to lose around 50 inches from my body and just over 5 stone in 15 weeks before and having the facts written down in front of you can also help you get your head around the fact that you are shrinking :) which is hard for some to accept as some still see a bigger person in the mirror and feel like one x

Good luck to everybody and feel free to post your weekly inch loss in this thread :) x
