I'd go for a chickpea dhal with plain rice, or tandoori chicken.
Stewed chicken and mushrooms with plain rice or noodles.
Mixed oriental veg in oyster sauce and rice or noodles.

i'm having a lamb shish kebab tomorrow night :)

lamb = free (consultant says any marinade/oil burns off on the griddle)
salad = free
pitta = 6 syns (i think!)
