Tano's healthy eating and exercise diary

Busy planning my weeks exercise and food for the next week:
Monday: kickboxing
Tuesday: bootcamp
Wednesday: kettle/off depends on the pain
Thursday: run
Friday: off
Sat: kickboxing
Sun: Pilates/run
 
Add BBQ wings

Calamari ceaser salad
Side fries
 
Morning

Today started with tea, orange juice, 2 fried eggs and 3 rashers bacon with a little ketchup :)
 
Really focused to get back on track and get the fitness back up x
 
Tomorrows plan:

Porridge with honey

Mackerel, Cous Cous and salad

1tbsp peanut butter

Tomato n mozzarella salad with pastrami and balsamic vinegar as dressing
Yogurt
Orange

One hour gym class
 
Today

2 fried eggs
3 bacon
Orange juice

Roast pork dinner
Choc fudge cake with cream

Big bowl fruit n fibre with almond milk

Right you lot!!! I'm doing really badly at the healthy eating thing at the moment! I'm literally bogged down with work and feel like I've got so much **** going on that I don't care about food, don't want to exercise, I'm tired all the time too! I have two major things coming up tht I want to look nice for and even tht doesn't motivate me. I've bought weight watchers monthly pass again so I can go to meetings and weigh. I will log my food on the ww system but my aim is to still eat clean with a cheat meal. I know I don't work well with restriction but I need some control at the moment. I feel like I'm losing it! So I'll start posting on my old diary. Hopefully you're all still subscribed x
