Busy planning my weeks exercise and food for the next week:
Monday: kickboxing
Tuesday: bootcamp
Wednesday: kettle/off depends on the pain
Thursday: run
Friday: off
Sat: kickboxing
Sun: Pilates/run
Right you lot!!! I'm doing really badly at the healthy eating thing at the moment! I'm literally bogged down with work and feel like I've got so much **** going on that I don't care about food, don't want to exercise, I'm tired all the time too! I have two major things coming up tht I want to look nice for and even tht doesn't motivate me. I've bought weight watchers monthly pass again so I can go to meetings and weigh. I will log my food on the ww system but my aim is to still eat clean with a cheat meal. I know I don't work well with restriction but I need some control at the moment. I feel like I'm losing it! So I'll start posting on my old diary. Hopefully you're all still subscribed x
