Didn't even eat any of the yogurt as I was so stuffed! Oh well at least I have a little post workout treat for tomorrow :)
 
Had Cheerios with almond milk for breakfast. A lovely change to porridge!!! :)
 
I've put almond milk in as nuts on the tally as its not dairy..... What do we think?????
 
An hour and a half gym sesh done :)

Now to food shop.....

Covent garden Caribbean sweet potato soup, an apple and the lemon yogurt! Beaut lunch!!! I give up on the tally!!! I can't be arsed. If I'm training and eating well, that's enough!!! X
 
Went food shopping today. Got the following dinners for the week:
Bolognaise with wholemeal pasta
Cod in sweet chilli with sweet potato mash and veg
Chilli with brown rice
Thursday will be like our Friday night dinner as its Good Friday so we're having fajitas in multi grain wraps with guacamole and cheese.

Friday: cocktails and TGi's!!! :D
