Having a low syn day today as have 53 syns left.

HEXA and HEXB porridge with banana

Lunch: 2 satsumas, muller, apple, mackerel n salad (2.5 for coleslaw)

Dinner: chilli n rice (1 syn)

Total: 3.5 syns :)

Hey tan, have u got a slow cooker? I'm just doing a pork casserole in mine today, got the recipe off like. Thought it might be slimming world friendly, I'll let u know how it turns out here is the recipe.

I used diced pre packed pork, couldn't be ar**d with farting about chopping chops up. Also didn't put spinach in xx http://allrecipes.co.uk/m/recipe/9185/slow-cooker-pork-casserole.aspx
