I always drink the bottled water. It was expensive at first cos I was drinking Ballygown for the first couple of weeks. But then I found out that you can get St. Bernard water in Dunne's Stores for 27c for 2litres. So no need to feel guilty. I get the bf to pick them up-7, 10, 14 bottles or whatever, and then make him cart them up the stairs, give him nice manly muscles!!!
He's doing so well, lost 11lb on Low GL since I started Liportrim!
