I know that with Slimming World you can set your own target and this doesn't have to be a certain BMI. I had set my Target as the very top end of a healthy BMI (25) which I am still 1 stone away from but have been considering changing this.
My thinking for this is that I'm not sure I want to be a size 10 and that is probabley what I would end up being with a BMI of 25. I am currently a size 12/14 but started 18/20.
I am now thinking to lose a further couple of pounds and end with a BMI of 27 which is a weight of 11 stone 5lbs.
My question is this, How have you decided on your target and for those of you that have reached it do you fall within the BMI healthy range?
