not very well today, in fact i feel shocking! was awake all night and achy all day.. have tried my best today to do 777 plan but not really been hungry.

breakfast: bran flakes banana milk hexab 1 glass water

clementine 1 glass water

dinner: jacket potato, beans

tea: porridge HEXB2, milk - skimmed HEXA2 - banana jam 1 syn

snack: pear, melon blueberries, strawberries, pineapple grapes miller light

snack 4 crackers 6syns

speed foods - beans clementine, melon,
super speed - blueberries, strawberries, pineapple
