joined the gym at last! went to day and boi do i feel better all ready!!! going to eat properly now and make sure i go to the gym. been going on lots of mad binges recently and i think its to do with not always eating enough, like only eating 1000 calories a lot of the time through the week. it is sending me on these mad food binges. the gym will help loads to eat more normal.. im going to make sure i eat at least 1200 to 1500 calories a day and syns stick to between 5 and 15 a day. i have noticed when i do slimming world through the week and eat unlimited food of whats free i do tend to lose weight but then i might eat bad one day so decide to starve myself the next and then it starts the viscous circle off again. from now on if i do one day go way over syns im just going to make sure the next day i go back to normal and not starve.

extra easy day:

exercise: 40 minute cardio, running machine, crosstrainer, stepper

tea: jacket potato, chicken hexb, a large salad of salad leaves, tomatoes onions cucumber.
