morning.. went straight to the gym did 36 mins treadmill, 15 mins stepper, 20 mins crosstrainer. 70 mins of exercise and burnt around 600 calories

alot of calories but least its not a binge, this once a week i wouldnt mind as long as ive done plenty of exercise i would defo lose but iended up having chocolate buttons on thursday so i need to make sure i dont do that again. plenty of exercise at gym after work tomorrow!

hello

well im starting slimming world again! my current diet of 1500 calories a day and exercise is not working unfortunately so i am hoping good old slimming world will! i am now 9stone 3 and apparently just bordering overweight although to be fair although i may look perhaps a little curvy, i wouldn't really say i am overweight but heyho, i don't have much muscle so the bmi machine cant be lying. i haven't joined a class am doing this on my own at home so if anyone reads this and notices i am doing something wrong in my food diary, id be really grateful if you could point it out for me. thanks in advance. also i was wondering does anyone count calories on this (i know you shouldn't) or does eating unlimited free foods when hungry really work?

i had bran flakes with milk and banana this morning hexa,b

for lunch i froze a handful of strawberries with a banana and a slice of pineapple, i made a freezing cold smoothie with it and added a miller light and some milk (2 syns). im not synning the smoothie as i would of eaten the exact amount unblended. it was lovely the smoothie but by god im freezing now!
ive also had a small jacket potato (free)

for tea i am going to make a chicken pasta bake, made with chicken hexb2, wholemeal pasta, cheese hexa2 onions tomatoes peppers, garlic and mushrooms tomato purree 1 syns

first day of my 12 days off work today, i couldn't of picked a better time to have a break from work. the weather outside is atrocious! i have spent the day cleaning the house! was going to put the xmas tree up but after 4 hours of cleaning think il give it a miss.

ive done a green day again today.

hungover yesterday had a pizza and ben n jerrys ooooppsss
so today i havent been hungry

breakfast: none didnt wake up till 11, then went to college

tea: made chickn curry using one chicken portion, onions, half a tomatoes,mushrooms, the sauce is synned at 10 syns and loads of brown rice. very full now! guess il call it a EE day so everything but the sauce was free. haven't had either health extras today but i dont think im going to fit them in im soo full!
 
so yesterday i kinda ended up eating a bag of buttons, a club biscuit and two 100 calories bars of chocolate. i felt pants after eating it, and its the first time iv eaten bad two days in a row in months but im just going to forget and move on from it.

for the rest of this week im going to do the 777 plan.
