tashas food diary !!!

ok so last night i was sick, everything was fine, went to bed went to sleep then woke up to my dog having tummy troubles, so i let her out and went to go back to sleep when i got the worst stomach pains... anyway was very sick and pretty much lasted all night! had no choice to go into work, however once i was there i was absolutely fine, tummy felt a little off but managed to eat normally.

was going to have a red day but forgot to get a chicken portion out before work and when i got home i forgot about red and put a potato in... oh well

dinner: half tin tuna HEXB2 egg, salad leaves

haven't being here for a month, and for the last nearly two weeks have eaten bad, with all the bank holidays ect... back on as i feel i stick to the rules more if i am writing down what i am eating. didn't really lose any weight doing the green days, so i am going to do mostly red days as it is less carbs, and i am also going to eat less fruit as i think i was overdoing it on the fruit and with it being full of sugar could also being affecting my weight loss. so we shall see if this works!
for the rest of this week i am going to try not really have healthy extras as I am having a bit of a detox, but after this week shall do it properly.
on the plus side i have toned up loads from using weights/running ect..

i am also going to be keeping track of how many calories i am consuming as being able to eat so much free food, for me, is very hard as i do tend to overeat. il probs only do this till i feel i am back on track :)

today was suppose to be a red day but as i have just eaten lots of peas i shall turn it into an extra easy day

i spent friday in the hospital all day with my mum so didnt eat very good. i had a blt sandwhich in the hospital and then when i got home i ended up buying a pizza, garlic bread and a pack of giant buttons!

dinner: had being out for the day, stopped off a pub, i got a chicken wrap with sweet chili in it. not sure how many syns but it apparently had under 600 calories and the chicken is free, salad free... sweet style chili - around 3 syns - wraps - shall just say 10 syns

tea: jacket potato, chicken, salad
