Btw.. the PCD and Davina DVDs .. do you like them? WHich one is better, have you tried any others?

I enjoy the PCD workout, infact I love it!
Its fun & you defo feel it the next morning, my inner thighs killed 1st time I did it!!
 
Sounds like one to get.... might have a look out of it next time in the shop.. hmmm or perhaps e-bay.. goes to check now.. grins...

Evening boys & girls!

Today I have eaten -

Brekkie - yogurt 95 cals fruit bar - 114 cals hot choc 37 cals
snack - special K bar 88 cals
Lunch - tuna salad 220 cals & fruit salad 130 cals
snack - special K bar 84 cals
Tea - supposed to be soup but OH has moved tin opener :mad: so I can't find it!
Just had some mints too 170 cals
Total - 938 cals need my soup & then I can top it up to 1086.

Its my 4th weigh in tomorrow morning!!! Really hoping that I can reach the half a stone mark *fingers crossed*

Brekkie - yogurt 84 & ww cookies 99
snack - special K bar 88
Soup - 156 choc yogurt 70
snack - special k bar 86
fruit salad - 130
Tea - chicken with tomatos & side salad - 250
choc yogurt 70 & hot choc 37

Total - 1070 cals

I think I might need to up my calories a bit :confused: I think that the reason Im not seeing any major loss is because im not eating enough?
This week Im going to up them about 100cals more and see if it makes a difference
 
Hello, today has been such a long day :sigh: thank heavens its nearly the w/e.

Brekkie - 2 MTs 24 & yogurt 98
snack - ww cookies 99 & apple 40
lunch - soup 300 & yogurt 70
snack - fruit salad 130 & special K bar 88
Tea - Thai curry 342

Total - 1191 calories, Im going to try eating around the 1200 cal mark for the next week & see if it makes any difference to my weight loss.

Well done on the loss :)) and interesting about eating more to lose more, ive never done calorie counting or WW... sounds like a solid plan and youve great losses :))

snack - fruit salad 192
Tea - ww lasagne with salad 380
snack - hot choc 37
total - 1085 calories :D

Just come back from a power walk with the doggies and am shattere now.
Thought I'd come right down what im having to eat today otherwise I'll forget!

Lunch - maybe be soup 160 & tuna snack pot 89
Tea - gammon joint with veggies - 400

will add a few snacks in too

I better update the food as I had a little bit more than expected, but seen as I had an hour at gym im sure it wont hurt.

Brekkie - porridge 108 & ww cookies 99
Lunch - soup 160 & tuna snack pot 89

Tea - gammon joint with salad - 400
snacks - cookies 99 hot choc 98 mints 170

total - 1223 cals but I did burn about 200 at gym
 
just read your progress there and just wanted to say well done. ive just strted a similar diet to yours and my first weigh in is monday :D

on a w/e its easier for me to come on here and put down what ive eaten otherwise I'll forget :rolleyes:
So for brekkie I've had 2 ww cookies at 99 cals, not sure what I'll be having for rest of day
