Goose egg has now been despatched down my gullet by the way
It was lovingly whipped (wow how clear is the white - amazing!) with a little milk, applied to butter fried leek and mushrooms, with a few chilli flakes and some blacksticks blue cheese - absolutely yummy - and the one egg did both of us for tea!!!!! Thank you xxx

what lovely days we are having, spent all day yesterday in the garden again, then went shopping, bare arms and legs, already, and its still march!
and, my summer dresses fit better now too, yay!
