Yeah that I can do! I have a pair of my original work trousers that are a whopping 9 inches bigger than my waist is now!

It sure does. The 44in trousers were really tight on me and now I can fit into one leg of them! Ha ha

oh i think it will - we all get used to the new shape us, whether it be 2 stone or 5 stone off, but i think have a life sized old you to stand next to in the mirror will be great to make comparisons.

do you think your OH dances romantically around the lounge with your cardboard cut-out when you're not home? lol
