Well i was at sea for 3 weeks and then i was in Oz for another week....so all in all i have been away for just over a month.

I did have a good time cruising round Asia...........met a bloke lol! Typical Tazzi.

Did you get up to mischief without me?

Evening Taz - how did the late shift go x

Well last night I have a break at 1830-1930 and I started to feel quite sleepy at about 1910 so decided I needed coffee. I went back to the platform only to find that the cafe had shut at 1900! I managed to stay awake til I got home though.

Nomad, I will start swimming again next week as I get paid on friday. Dolphin???

Hope you are well today. Finally got my ass back online and after a horrible gain am back in the diet mindset.

Must say it took a good while catching up with your diary and I'm sorry to hear about the down times you're experienced lately. However,I was well impressed with your test scores from work - clever lady hehe.

I envy the folk who can swim...such a good form of exercise! When I get my finances sorted out I might give lessons a go...

Nomad, I have never seen them advertised as Dolphins. H20audio do ipod cases but the only waterproof mp3 players I have seen are the ones by Speedo and they are called Aquabeat. I just looked on Amazon and there IS a Dolphin! It's called NU Dolphin. It is cheaper than the Speedo one but I would prefer to go with a name that I know
