Taz's diary - Need to do this!

It's the little things Taz that make the scales stick. Try not to have anything you haven't planned or counted in.

The 60 lengths in an hour is awesome. I sometimes get foot cramp when I'm swimming - I think sometimes it's the way you hold your foot that makes the muscle go into spasm. Make sure you are not calcium deficient and that you have plenty of water before you swim (not too much or you'll have to be getting out to pee).
 
I agree with gem, Taz, it's the little things that make the pounds stick.
 
I am recording everything on myfitnesspal and I'm not eating too much. I am eating sensibly at the moment so I can't think why they aren't moving
 
Must be the exercise Taz - you always have probs moving the scales when you're exercising x
 
Right well the scales have finally moved this morning so hopefully they wont go back up again for tomorrows WI! I can't have porridge for breakfast this morning as I have run out of milk so I'm not sure what I will have yet :(

I got my 60 lengths done in 55 minutes yesterday so I was very happy with that

Morning Jim, I am ok but got that day-before-pay-day feeling! I am soooooo glad that tonight is my last late shift for this week. Got a busy day tomorrow but that will end with a takeaway and an early night! I am working on Saturday but that's during the day so not too bad
 
Are you paid monthly or weekly Taz? seems an odd pay day, we are paid the last Friday of the month.
 
Four weekly Jim, we have 13 paydays a year. I also do casual work which I get paid for monthly and fortnightly but thats only pocket money really
 
Ah, you're paid by the lunar calendar then, I didn't think anyone was still on that Taz, nice at Christmas thought, 2 december payments.

Another 60 lengths yesterday, 53 minutes so got 2 minutes off my time. I am having a few days off swimming now then back on it next week.

2lb down this week so I am pleased with that.
