I think it will be a flying visit on my way home! Scales this morning are telling me I have lost 1lb this week so I am happy with that

I'm fine, not looking forward to later though, I have an appointment for some root canal planing. :sigh:

Ooo.... ouch! Don't like the sound of that - dentist not my favourite bod at all x

It's not fun Gem, I had the left half done about 3 months ago now it's time for the right half. My teeth have been fine for years and years and I see the hygienest every 6 months, but in the last 4 months I have lost two back teeth so they suggested this. It's worth trying I suppose, I don't want to lose my teeth if I can help it gem.

Oh hi gemma, we posted at the same time love, how are you?

Jim - I managed to keep all my teeth until 2 years ago, despite one of them pointing down my throat all my life. Then the dentist noticed that the "dodgy one" had become rotten and that it would have to come out. Because of it's position behind the one next to it, that would have to come out with it. It seems like a huge gap but it's the only two I have lost. Good luck with yours x

Mine are both on the bottom gem, right at the back, one each side so it's not obvious, but the dentist noticed that I do have some gum recession, so advised the root planing.

Evening all! I am home having been to work, waited for my colleague/friend to finish then we went to Tesco where there was an ambulance and 2 rapid response cars in the car park. As we were walking to the store we caught a glimpse of what was going on - some people holding up sheets around a stretcher trolley and a paramedic giving frantic CPR to some poor person. As we left the store the ambulance had just left with blues and twos going and there were lots of police taking notes from various people. Very intriguing indeed. Doesn't look like a simple heart attack to me, looks a little suspicious!

Back to the original plot: I dropped my friend home then came home myself. I have very little planned for this evening, Mr taz is going out to get me a chow mein later and I am going to have a nice long bath then early to bed ready to be fresh as a daisy for tomorrow!
