Evening all! My voice is coming back so hopefully it will be back for christmas. But I also have a viral infection which is causing me to quite painfully cough lots! That is aggravating my throat so it's not great right now.

2 more sleeps til christmas!!!!! I am all excited now!

Morning all! Did everyone have a good christmas? I am getting serious in the new year. I pledge to shift every squatter in 2010, however many that is!

Hi all! Well as you can see I have decided to declare all my squatters now! And before you count them and count them again, yes, there are 32 of the little blighters! I just have to say though, they are every one gained from my lowest ever weight so it's not just a years gain. And they must all be gone by the end of 2010.

I don't anticipate them inviting any more friends for the new year, I have managed christmas with only a 1lb gain so I think I can do new year safely. I got some Sketchers Shape-Up trainers for christmas and have started wearing them and can atually feel the muscles on my legs working so I am hoping to get them nice and toned. I also got flippers so I am looking forward to getting back in the pool!

I absolutely love them! And I can feel them working the muscles. I would definately recommend them. Mine came from Amazon, cheaper than in the shops!
