Morning all! I still have the determination I found yesterday. We are going for a nice big breakfast (with a side order of STS!) then I am going to do something productive with my day!

i'm doing a study day. some of us have been put on a course which runs until june and we have to write 10 essays before end of february! that's from part one of the course. part 2 i did a year ago - thank god!!! part 3 starts in march

just managed 600 words on one essay then my concentration went! lol

That has to have something to do with budgets and finance. You could also look at the difference between medical model of care and the social model of care. Then you could look at the pros and cons of delivering care to people and/or inolving people in their care and decision making (that's quite pertinent to altzhimers care at the moment). Theres the conflict between risk assessment and quality of life to consider - the list is endless but I bet you've already considered all the above x
