I haven't got to the pool this week cus I've been on early shifts. I need to work out a way to get there when I am on earlies really

how about swimming straight after work? i was doing that last year and after the initial tiredness i was going home buzzing. had loads of engery for the rest of the evening.

Hope you manage to work the swimming schedule out. Once I go down to 2 days a week at work, I'm gonna have loads of time and I can't wait!!!!
