Yes I am still working and mostly finished by lunch time but there have been so many other things to do! I will stop by for a proper catch up when I have a day off!

I'm fine love, most of the bruising has gone, no hangover/headache any more and it's nice and sunny, quite a cold wind though. You?

Bruising? Hangover? What did I miss?

I'm good thanks and I've also got rid of my hangover!! It's nice and bright here but we also have a rather sharp wind.

I went on a stag weekend to Nottingham Nomad, white water rafting, paint balling and then excessive boozing and eating love.

Oh yes, it's just a happy memory now Nomad, Next thing is the Army V Navy game at Twickenham on the 1st of May, that'll be punishing my liver again. LOL

I have got a medical tomorrow so I don't have to be in work til 9am so I am considering getting up and going for a swim in the morning
