Right, well WI is looking like it will be a disaster tonight! A nasty combination of no exercise last week cus of my injury, naughty treats and TOTM is adding up to a gain and after last weeks gain this one is going to hurt!

Just remember the TOTM pounds are only visitors - not even squatters x

I'm not going. I can't! I can't see another gain on those scales or I will go completely loopy! And not in a good way!

Normally I would advise the exact same thing but I put on 3lb last week and this week it is showing the same gain! If I go it might throw me completely off course and I don't want to risk that

but if you know they are there already... hopefully it would spur you on to getting things sorted? if not though hon you do right to avoid it until you've seen some of them drop off. the problem is that when i've done that in the past i've ended up waiting forever!!

Now Taz you know that the possibility is there but why go off track?? If you have put on another 3lbs then you know you have to work a bit harder to lose it again. Your journey has been a bit rough lately so dont be too hard on yourself, but you really really need to get back to it 100 % so you should go and face the demon, come back here and report and then revel in all the support you will have here.
Sometimes you have to take your own advice .
