Right then, enough messing around I am back on plan 200% now. I have eaten really badly lately and had a couple of gains but went shopping last night and for the first time in over a month my fridge is full! I stocked up on yogurts, eggs, pasta, green tea, water, pickled onions, potatoes, low Syn snacks etc etc....

I have WI tomorrow morning and that may be another small gain but that will be ok as I am now back in the driving seat and it's all going down after tomorrow!

I want to lose about another 50lb. I am waiting for people to send me pictures from the party. I think I may have one on my phone, if I do I will put it on here in a mo.

I am going to remind myself of my mini goals and start a ticker for the first one. I am feeling very positive right now
 
1st goal: Get my 3 1/2 stone award back!3.5lb to go
2nd goal: Get into the 13's, 6.5lb to go
3rd goal: Get my 4 stone award back! 10.5lb to go
4th goal: Get to 13st 7lb, 13lb to go
 
what a positive attitude at the min - I should do mini targets - make me feel better I think!

Ermm... May do some now for me!

Well I started in June 2004 and shed about 2 stone by the end of the year then 2005 was a disasterus year and I ended up putting some weight back on. At the end of 2005 I developed knee trouble and I was unable to do any exercise and couldn't do my job for 3 months. In september 2006 I wasn't able to walk unaided as my knee troubles got really bad then I finally had surgery in the december. In march 2007 I took up karate and now exercise regularly as well as following SW.

I am a crap dieter and it has taken me forever so I am just hoping the next half doesn't take as long!
