Right well I didn't take all my measurements when I started SW but I do know that my waist was 44 inches. I did my measurements today and my waist is now 34 inches! That's 10 inches off my waist! I am very pleased with that!

Got WI tonight and I don't think it's going to be a good one! TOTM and my scales are saying I have gained a couple of lbs

But you are doing so well and you know that when the totm has gone you will then show those few extra pounds as a loss... so go with a smile on that very pretty face and know what you have to come next week!

Updating my mini goals

1st goal: Get my 3 1/2 stone award back! 4lb to go
2nd goal: Get into the 13's, 7lb to go
3rd goal: Get my 4 stone award back! 11lb to go
4th goal: Get to 13st 7lb, 13.5lb to go.
