Naughty box is for careful concious calorie counted naughtiness - at the moment it has small CDMs, one finger twixs, 2 finger kit-kats and treat size maltesers. It's what stops me getting cravings - I know I can only dive in once a day if I'm good - worth being good for I reckon x
 
Cadbury's Dairy Milk (but only the little ones - at 207 calories you have to be really good to have that one) x

Oooh well my vices are chocolate, biscuits and crisps so that's what I tend to use my Syns on. I use Quorn a lot in my cooking, my favourite 'fast food' on green is half a bag of Quorn swedish style balls with a tin of spaghetti (micro the balls and heat the sgetti in a pan) takes 5 minutes, is yummy, and free on green!
 
I also like potato wedges. Just clean the spuds, chop into wedge shapes, spray pan with frylight put wedges in, spray tops with frylight then put in the oven til cooked. Also free on green!
 
ooh i used to have those!! what about pasta n sauces. i've posted qus on the ww forum about it too :) i know you hate ready meals but when i'm working mega shifts or when i can't be arsed i'd like to have something i can do fast!!

and the teeny free foods book. think it used to be about £2... where can i get it from? there used to be a number you could ring to order them...

You mean the free branded foods book? I can get you one of those. Yeah pasta and sauces are great and the 1% mug shots are brill
 
I've got a right thing for those chip/wedges at the moment but I don't like frylight so I buy spray olive oil and I put fresh ground black pepper on them before I put them in the oven and sometimes herbs or chives. You can even chop garlic and sprinkle over them. I usually put the potatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes before putting them in the oven tray, not too long or they'll go mushy and draining them in a colandar x
 
I usually put garlic salt on my wedges before cooking. I don't par boil the wedges as it doesn't reduce the cooking time and doesn't improve the outcome! The chips however, you par boil for 10 minutes then drain them and put them back in the pan and shake to rough up the edges then cook in the oven. I don't really bother with the chips so much though as I can never get them 'just right' but the wedges are right every time! Wedges are nice with chickpea dahl. Or you can do them with Quorn sausages eggs and beans. All free on green! I poach my eggs in an inch on water so they are like fried eggs but much nicer!
 
Well I am up nice and early this morning :( Mr Taz got up at 3am to watch more F1 so I went back to sleep for an hour or so then I woke again at half 4 but went back to sleep for a bit then finally gave in to the land of wakedness at 5.30. So I got up and made coffee and ran a bath. I have my gradings today so i really could have done with not being up 2 hours early but never mond, more time for Mini's! I realised today that I have forgotten something that could be quite vital for this afternoons grading. I usually use the vanilla perfume (edt) from the body shop whilst training as it is nice but also a strong scent and I get paranoid about BO! So the vanilla will override that if it happen. I ran out a wee while ago and haven't got round to replacing it (mainly cus it's £8.50 and partly cus I don't have a Body Shop near me!) and this morning I realised that, although I should be ok for this mornings grading, by this afternoon I may need it! I would send Mr Taz out to get it but he'd come back with the wrong thing! Ah well, one smelly Tazzy coming up! :(
