Taz's diary - Need to do this!

Don't no about the incentive, when the pressure is on I tend to go the other way!

I have been out for the day today though and I was quite good - apart from Mr Taz phoned me on the way home and asked me to stop off at the chippy! I only had one sausage and a few of his chips though. 100% effort from tomorrow

Yeah they can put us in for it whenever they want. As long as it is 3 months after the 1st Kyu grading which was last Saturday and 3 months before the actual proper grading. Only thing that makes me a little nervous now is that they could also bring the black belt grading forward too! Although I don't think they will.

I haven't had a very good food day today but I will get back on it tomorrow and I am going to aim for a loss every week between now and then.

Hey Taz,

I'm sure you'll be fine goign for the pre grading in June, they wouldnt ask ya to if you wasnt ready!!!!!!

Hey Nas great to see you! I know you are mad busy as always so it's good to see you when you can get online!

I think I'm more confident about getting through the pre grading than I am about losing the weight I want for it!

I have just realised that losing the 12.5lb I am aiming for will also take in all of my mini goals so I will have to start thinking of new ones!
 
New mini goals (after the existing ones are done!)

1. Get 4.5 stone award - 16.5lb to go
2. Get into the 12's (eek!) - 19.5lb to go
3. Get 5 stone award - 23.5lb to go
4. Get to 12.5 stone! - 26lb to go

These will be my new mini goals and if I stay on target for the pre grading, then get my target for my proper grading, I will have to set MORE by then!
 
I've had mine for ages too! I haven't really lost any serious weight for about 2 years I think! I put on half a stone when I got married then everything conspired against me! I am pleased to have maintained in that time though, I could have just thrown in the towel and ended up bigger!

I am determined now and if I look at it short term I have to have 12 good weeks. I will split that into 3 as I always gain on the 4th week (AF) although this time I STS so I hope that gain isn't lying in wait for this week! So that's 3 blocks of 4 good weeks, If I shift 4lb in each block then I am on course. If that makes sense!
 
Im back....and i slammed my finger in the van door :( owww it hurts so much. Damn it.
Meant to say btw......you are exactely right. You have maintained. You couldve very easily just said sod it and put it all back on.

I could have! And there were times when I really thought I was getting nowhere but looking back I see that just by maintaining I was doing better than gaining!
