Right well as I said I was going to split this 12 weeks into 3 4 weeks blocks I am now in block 1. I am aiming for 4lb loss over the next 4 weeks, I am hoping that AF puts in an appearance before WI on Wednesday otherwise I will have a water gain and that would NOT be a good start! I am looking at losing the 1st 3 weeks then a small AF gain (or STS if lucky) on week 4 so I have to aim realistically for 1.5lb per week. Wish me luck guys!
